Initial Meeting
What to expect - discuss your ideas and get to now one another,we understand that individuals have different needs ,using our personalised service allows us to focus on your site ,your lifestyle and your budget to customise your home and make your dream a reality.
Design Phase
Our intitial design process is the perfect time to demonstrate our commitment to you, prepare an itemised home proposal that reflects all your choices. Discuss your home/block and construct sketch drawings.
Preliminary Design
Discuss and proceed with preliminary drawing
Formal Design Quotation
Obtain soil report and engineer reports
Discuss all Preliminary working drawings to allow continuation process for final working drawings and fixed priced quote
Fixed Price contract
Acceptance of all final working drawings ,sign contract and specifaction pay deposit according to standard HIA contract
Building Approvals
Lodge all plans and engage a certifer for all the necessary regulations approvals and certifications
Colour Selection
Arrange colour selection services.
Construction of your new home
Once all approvals from council are received, we will engage our private certifier to realease stamped approved plans for construction Footing, slab, plumbing, frame and final stages of construction.
Completion
On completion of your new home we will contact you to arrange handover of the keys, for your newly completed home.
